Hello! I'm Christoph Nieberding,

a data design consultant, visual analytics trainer and finance manager working for corporates. I've lived in Munich since 2000. This amazing city is where I always wanted to be since I was a kid. When I'm not exploring the Alps south of the city on my bike, you can find me strolling around in museums, archeological sites, reading books or researching new things on the internet. Fortunately, my three girls are now grown up, so as a single dad I have a lot of freedom to do things for myself, and we still have our relaxed weekend family get-togethers to play or do sports together.

I have a passion for cooking, especially when it involves a bit of experimentation and creativity - my own little food lab. Transforming food into something new (like with fermentation) is so amazing. And I have to admit, I'm a bit of a coffee addict. Whether I'm enjoying an ice bath or just relaxing outdoors, I love to embrace the simple joys of life and challenge myself with new experiences.
